The staff was very helpful and friendly. Since I am on a walker and was by myself, it can be difficult to manage everything.

It would be convenient If there was a shuttle to the nearby hospitals.

I had a beautiful room that was ultra clean, and the hotel is conveniently close to great dining options like Starbucks and Oliverio's Ristorante, making it easy to grab a meal before heading out to explore.

The shower was nice - good water pressure and lots of hot water. The room was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking.

The bathroom did not have an exhaust vent - it was very hot & steamy. We would have appreciated a mini refrigerator. The pillows were too floppy - two floppy pillows and two firmer pillows would be nice.

My bed sheets were completely filthy and the bed was made to look like the sheets had been changed, but they clearly had not been changed. Really disturbing to crawl into a bed and realize that the sheets were unclean...I called the front desk and the front desk girl came up to take a look and she was very apologetic. She basically had no staff to help her so she and I made up one of the beds together and one of the beds just stayed dirty. The mattress pad under the sheets was also filthy and the front desk person said - "Well, I don't think they really change those very often..." So, we just had to put a clean sheet over the dirty pad. Just awful. The hotel was in generally bad shape - leaks in the ceiling and flaked drywall on the floor with equipment in the middle of the hallways that did not move the entire 24 hours I was there - could barely navigate my suitcase around it in the hallway leading to my room. Really disappointing experience.

I liked the furnishing of the bath room, and the night light above the closet. I sleep with night light at home. So it was nice to have that.

I expected to have a microwave, and a refrigerator inside my room, considering that your hotel is part of Hilton hotel family. Please put a wall clock in your gym/ fitness room.

wheelchair friendly....accessible room was really accessible, unlike other hotels that advertise such and really AREN'T wheelchair accessible.

Need taken care of the room looked worn out. My bed was not made the one day I allowed for my room to be cleaned.

I had a great two-night stay! The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the hot items. The comfortable bed and pillows made sleeping a dream, enjoyable!
